Shipping policy

Where We Ship:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Carriers & Methods:
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on package weight and destination.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery Time:
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1–5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer free shipping on all orders over $45.

Order Tracking:
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email and/or SMS (if selected at checkout) so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local post office. If your package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, please reach out to us at info@alphagurl.com. While we’re not responsible for packages after delivery, we’ll evaluate on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make it right—within reason.
